On the occasion
of the purchase of the commercial activities and the
location of Logwin Road + Rail Leibnitz GmbH with their
100% daughter company Nunner Lojistik Ltd Istanbul,
NUN Overland GmbH Leibnitz was founded.
This step was important for our customers, employees
and partners to give them a vision for their future
commercial and personal developments based on a prosperous
forwarding business engagement founded in 1955 in the
City of Leibnitz in the south of Austria.

Purchase of commercial activities and the location
of Logwin Road+Rail Leibnitz GmbH with their 100%
doughter company Nunner Lojistik Ltd, Istanbul

Nunner Lojsitik Ltd Istanbul merged
with JCL Lojistik Istanbul and rebranded to JCL
Overland Lojistik Ltd. Istanbul. 50% of the shares
will be held by NUN Overland GmbH Leibnitz and 50%
of the shares will be held by JCL AG Werndorf. NUN
Overland GmbH Leibnitz took the responsibility for
the commercial and operational management.
